RETURNS AND REFUNDS
General Return Guidelines:
All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To report on an issue, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
A 20% processing fee may apply. Returns and Refunds are not accepted after 30 days.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in new condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within one week of return approval.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Free shipping items will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Order Mistakes & Processing Errors:
If you have made an error in your order, contact us at “theparfumerie.info@gmail.com” immediately for an exchange or refund. There may be a processing fee included. If your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make a change, please see “General Return Guidelines”.
If we make an error, we will cover return shipping and promptly send the correct item upon receiving and inspecting the return. We may ask for photos to clarify any errors.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
Opened or used products, opened packages or cases, gifts and gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded. Custom orders, Custom Crafted Perfumes and Custom Crafted Incense are also non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on oils. To help you find the perfect scent, we offer sample sizes so you can try before purchasing a full-size product.
SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may incur additional fees due to carrier restrictions.
Buyers are responsible for any additional charges, including signature requirements, weekend delivery, returned mail, abandoned shipments and incorrect address returns. Expedited processing requests will incur a $10 fee.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Items returned due to an incorrect address will require billing of additional shipping and handling fees to be re-shipped.
Unless otherwise stated, all shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
During Free Shipping Promotions, The Parfumerie, LLC. determines the carrier and shipping service. Free shipping applies only to the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). We reserve the right to ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground at our discretion.
International Orders:
We ship worldwide. All international orders require insurance and tracking. Please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping and insurance quotes. In case of lost or damaged shipments, The Parfumerie, LLC. will assist in tracking or filing an insurance claim, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Buyers are responsible for contacting local carriers or customs once the item arrives in the destination country. Import duties, taxes and additional fees are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine these costs before purchasing.
The buyer is also responsible for all charges associated with shipping and customs entry (VAT, duty, taxes, document fees, etc.) and for ensuring the purchased items are not prohibited from entering the destination country.
All returned items due to customs issues and or non-claimed items will be subject to re-shipping and handlings fees.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS
If you receive damaged items, notify us immediately. Keep all packaging materials and boxes for potential carrier inspection. Some carriers may require them for claims processing. We will work along with you to process claims. We may need your assistance in contacting your local carrier, providing photos and a written description of damages, box and contents. Email photos of the damaged items and packaging to theparfumerie.info@gmail.com. Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of your refund or exchange request.
SPECIAL ORDERS
The Parfumerie, LLC. offers custom services including custom perfume design, scent formulations and private label incense and perfumes. These special orders are custom-made and packaged, separate from regular merchandise.
A 50% deposit is required for all special orders, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or not as described. These terms apply unless otherwise specified in writing on your invoice.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Sale and promotions cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel sales and or promotions due to product availability.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and should consult the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other relevant information available. Essential oils and oils may not be labeled for consumer use, including nutritional facts, and should not be ingested unless under the supervision of a naturopathic doctor (ND) or a holistic health practitioner. Always consult a physician before use. Essential oils must be properly diluted to prevent property damage or adverse effects, including injury. Patch testing is always advised FOR ALL OILS prior to full use.
The Parfumerie, LLC. supplies essential oils for external use only and is not responsible for any property damage or health issues, including injury, resulting from improper use. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We recommend conducting small-scale testing before using products for commercial manufacturing or personal use.
Product Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in specific listings, all trademarks, copyrights and brand names belong to their respective owners. Any references to brand names are for comparison only. The Parfumerie, LLC. is not affiliated with, associated with or sponsored by the original manufacturers or designers.
Our grade A designer-inspired perfume oils are uncut, high-quality, smooth and long-lasting. They are not the original patented perfumes or colognes unless stated as an “original” product/formulation in individual listings.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Parfumerie, LLC., including its affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damages or any other liability of any kind—whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential—arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any other damages, regardless of the cause (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise).
We do not guarantee or warranty the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content, information or materials provided in connection with our products or services. The Parfumerie, LLC. is not responsible for any errors, omissions or defects in our products, services, content, nor for any loss or damage resulting from your use or reliance on them. Even if we have been advised of the potential for such damages, we disclaim all responsibility for any resulting harm, injury or loss.
User Responsibility:
By using our services or products, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your use of the products and agree to use them at your own risk. You are responsible for consulting all relevant safety materials (e.g., Safety Data Sheets, product instructions, and guidelines) before using any products. Failure to follow proper safety procedures may lead to adverse effects, property damage or injury. We strongly recommend conducting patch testing and performing small-scale trials before full use or commercial manufacturing of any products.
Misuse of Products:
The Parfumerie, LLC. disclaims all liability for injuries, damages or losses resulting from the misuse, improper handling or incorrect application of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, improper dilution of essential oils, the burning of incense or candles and failure to follow safety guidelines. The use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its instructions or the intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the user.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions:
We are not responsible for any third-party actions, including any errors, delays, damages or issues arising from third-party shipping, courier services or any third-party supplier. If any third-party goods or services are provided through our website or in connection with our products, we do not assume any liability for those products or services.
Limited Liability:
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Under no circumstances will The Parfumerie, LLC. be liable for any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Force Majeure:
The Parfumerie, LLC. shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics or disruptions in supply chains, transportation or communication networks.
No Warranty for Products:
The Parfumerie, LLC. makes no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, reliability or availability of our products or services for your intended purpose. All products are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” with no express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any claims for defects or issues should be submitted promptly according to our return policies, but The Parfumerie, LLC. disclaims any liability for products that are used improperly, damaged in transit or not cared for according to the product’s specific instructions.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Parfumerie, LLC. and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products or services.
Waiver of Rights:
By using our products or services, you waive any right to pursue legal action against The Parfumerie, LLC. for any damages, losses or harm resulting from their use, including those based on contract or negligence.
