SHIPPING POLICY / TAXES: Delivery to locations other than a residential/business address including PO Boxes/ APOs/ FPOs/ DPOs may incur additional shipping charges due to restrictions on delivery methods. Free Shipping Promotions are limited to Continental US Only (Alaska, Hawaii and Outside Territories excluded) Taxation: The Parfumerie is obligated to collect & remit all applicable sales tax due. The Buyer is to pay all sales tax on purchase if applicable. Our international buyer is responsible for paying all charges associated with the shipping and entrance into another country (VAT, DUTY, TAX, DOCUMENT FEE'S, ETC.) It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are NOT PROHIBITED from entering the destination country. All items returned from Foreign Customs for any reason will be re-billed freight/postage. Unless defective or not as described, all special-order merchandise is nonrefundable or exchangeable.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may incur additional fees due to carrier restrictions. 

Buyers are responsible for any additional charges, including signature requirements, weekend delivery, returned mail, abandoned shipments and incorrect address returns. Expedited processing requests will incur a $10 fee. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Items returned due to an incorrect address will require billing of additional shipping and handling fees to be re-shipped. 

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 

During Free Shipping Promotions, The Parfumerie, LLC. determines the carrier and shipping service. Free shipping applies only to the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). We reserve the right to ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground at our discretion. 

International Orders: 

We ship worldwide. All international orders require insurance and tracking. Please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping and insurance quotes. In case of lost or damaged shipments, The Parfumerie, LLC. will assist in tracking or filing an insurance claim, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. 

Buyers are responsible for contacting local carriers or customs once the item arrives in the destination country. Import duties, taxes and additional fees are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine these costs before purchasing. 

The buyer is also responsible for all charges associated with shipping and customs entry (VAT, duty, taxes, document fees, etc.) and for ensuring the purchased items are not prohibited from entering the destination country. 

All returned items due to customs issues and or non-claimed items will be subject to re-shipping and handlings fees.
