This Essential Oil Blend for Peaceful Meditation is a beautiful culmination of the following essential oils in an organic rose infused witch hazel. Each bottle is created to order and infused with crystal quartz as well as amethyst chips to promote deep meditation, clarity, and focus.
Ingredients:
SPRAYER
- Frankincense - Calms your mind and helps ground you. Excellent for morning or mid-day meditation. Promotes calmness of mind in stressful times.
- Organic Wild Crafted Neroli - Promotes detoxification, reduces stress and helps alleviate depression. An amazing oil to reduce negative emotions that can interfere with sleep. Excellent for meditating before bed.
- Ylang Ylang #3 - Known for properties to help reduce depression. Its uplifting effects are used to increase happiness. This oil can be helpful when meditating during times of sadness or frustration.
- Sweet Orange - Known to relax the muscles and calm the nerves. Excellent to achieve a deep meditative state.
- Spikenard - Stimulates our brain through scent association and strengthens prayer/meditation practices. This spiritual and essential oil used throughout the ages, is both uplifting and calming, as well as deeply relaxing.
